Pros

Great place to work if you are supervisor most of them sit around and do nothing play on your computer in the office, a lot of blue collar workers don't know their job position. Employees working overtime always scam an extra hour or two on their timesheet. Nobody uses time clocks anymore.

Cons

Working with coworkers that don't know their job and cannot carry their own way. A lot of rework, mental exhaustion more so than physical.

The 4 month night rotations, the lack of team work, low morale, indigenous inexperienced supervisor.
