Pros

Great environment and brand with great values, benefits are ok. Innovative

Cons

Most teams are overworked without enough hands to handle the workloads and headcount is tightly controlled. Be prepared to wear a lot of hats and work long hours especially around finals and all-star. Budgets are just handed out, you have no control over your targets - they are top down delivered to you, sure you can push back but it wont change much. I was personally given a goal in my second year that was 400% greater than my first years actual, before I joined they had missed targets every year previous to this. Lack of transparency, the most important decisions are made behind closed doors or at board meetings. Lots of people with years at the company who are untouchable, and are given easier targets as they are too expensive to pay out and let go? - or since they are more established have better connections at the top?
