I recently hit my one-year mark at NBBJ and could not be happier. This is a great company, with awesome benefits and an inclusive, collaborative culture. It is a firm made up of incredible talent and leadership. I consider myself lucky!

Typical corporate ladder and is very hard to increase base salary. Increased amount of work and responsibilities without accurate compensation.
