Fun work culture, has high quality tools, great employees to work with and a real feeling like you're making a change in the world helping create structures that redefine how people can work and live. Great healthcare benefits.

Cons

Deadlines can be an issue, people can get very stressed and have to work long hours to get projects completed on time. Stingy with raises and pay varies from person to person even with the same position.
