Good place to work, great people, strong history in Seattle. Even though all the economic cycles many people there have been there a long time, which says a lot.

Cons

The studio structure is a good way to scale down a big office and have focus on a particular market, but the downside are the silos created as a result. It can be challenging to move between studios/market sectors.
