The projects and success make me proud to work here, the people are awesome, teams are strong, opportunities are endless, and the longevity is impressive and encouraging. Always room to grow and learn and explore, visionary but supportive leadership team.

Cons

Each team is so independent (which is a pro) but sometimes I don't get to hear about all the cool stuff other teams are doing...

Pros

The NBBJ community is encouraging and highly entrepreneurial. There is a lot of opportunity to grow and pave your own path.

Cons

Architectural/Interior Designers are underpaid in my opinion, but their base pay is competitive on average. It takes specialization such as Computational Design, or Design Performance to negotiate a higher salary upon coming out of graduate school.
