Pros

WLB is def the best thing ever at NBBJ. They have many people on certain projects to make sure every one is relaxed. There is almost no overtime there and PTO is very flexible and encouraged. The management is very chill and easy to communicate. Also, the company pays the insurance in full.

Cons

Eevrything is business. At NBBJ, you basically compromise your salary to buy WLB. It is not actually a con. If you prefer more money(not that much more because of the constraints of the industry) and no life, you can choose KPF.
