      Pros

      Great resources and very smart people. If you work with a great team, you are golden.

      Cons

      Firm mission too focused on Design/marketing and not focused enough on people/outcomes. Junior employees aren't paid very well and it is difficult to connect with management. Lots of internal firm beurocracy. Too much focus on design computation.

      Pros

      Boston studio has great work life balance. It has the feel of a small office with big firm resources. There can be opportunities for younger/mid-level people to move up and be noticed more quickly than they would at a larger firm. The benefits are decent. Time off policy is among the best in the industry. Everyone's voice is heard.

      Cons

      Doesn't have the reputation on the east coast that it does on the west coast. Smaller office can feel a bit stale at times. Need to win more new construction work.
