      Great to a certain point - but can't go far if you're not surface oriented or if you don't play the politics game

      Pros

      Varied projects all over the world. Some really great people. They used to have a great leadership training program (don't think they're doing that anymore?)

      Cons

      Leadership - is arrogant. Show their ignorance by continuing to promote people just like them - need more diversity of thought, background, etc. Know where they want to go, and want to compete with star architects and firms like IDEO, but don't have the guts to do what it takes to get there. Always looking for the "silver bullet" - but those short-term solutions will never work because leaders only support change once it's already been shown to be a success. Then they're all over it...

      Good name of company. Worked on some good-sized projects.

      Cons

      Can feel isolated. People in team projects only talk to you if necessary. Disappointing experience.
