Pros

The People were great, I like the company culture, and there were many opportunities for growth. I especially liked that my manager encouraged me to conduct informational interviews with managers and employees in various departments.

Cons

The way was not very great, especially for living in New York City. Being on hourly there were opportunities for overtime, however I would have had to work a lot of overtime just to be able to afford rent and living costs.

Pros

Big operation, professional, great facilities, very talented employees there. Hollywood perks in some ways. Free lunch on Thursday. But, most importantly, the opportunity to learn just about anything in TV production. Taped or live. It's a great way to break into the field.

Cons

Lack of vision. Too much time spent focusing on the competition instead of being original and creative in a field that demands both. Low pay.
