Great place to work with great managers

Pros

HR is constantly looking for ways to involve all employees in a community setting. The managers I've worked with are great and the people are friendly, overall. Retention rate is high and constant.

Cons

The work is constant and there's not too much time to take breathers, at least in the department I work for. Everything is fast-paced. On the flip side of that, the day goes by quickly.

Pros

The history, location and level of talent is a wonderful asset to the company. Walking into the building every day is always exciting with so much activity going on. NBC is high-profile with so many great people to learn from. You work on high-caliber shows.

Cons

Micro-managers! Corporate feel! Everything got worse when Comcast took over. Morale is very low. You always look over your shoulder hoping you're not included in the next round of layoffs.
