Pros

Depends on where in the massive conglomerate that is NBC's. My office had a fabulous talented, funny and hardworking people. Great networking lots of little fun perks.

Cons

Keeping your position alive is always on your mind. TV is a fickle industry and it's amplified at this network is my general feeling.

Pros

I love my co-workers, whether they are on my team or other teams within the overarching NBC organization, they are all great people. You will be challenged on a daily basis

Cons

Management is terrible, micro-manage, condescending and no respect for their team members Very political in nature, if you don't know how to play the game, you will go no where in this organization-work ethic and value of your work will not matter Pay is less than desirable and time off is limited-10 days Communication between departments is awful and at times non existent which makes it harder to get things done
