Diversity Where?

Pros

One of the pros was definitely the benefits package and 401k. As well as the many programs and services available for employees. Honestly if there was better management and engagement, this would be a great place to work.

Cons

Unfortunately, there were many downsides. Although on the outside looking in or surface, the company looks like it has a great, well diverse, accepting culture. However, this was far from my experience. I found that this was a place where being different made you undesirable. There was no training other than group studies put on by some of the employees. This is the 1st place I have been where I was told not to ask for help because it was not anyone's responsibility to have to help you. Futhermore, a manager encouraged me to be a d-bag to others in order to get further in my department.

Not as cool of a company as it sounds unless you're a white male

Pros

I work along side some of the greatest co-workers... many should have been promote... so much untapped talent gone to waste because you're not in the clique or look the part.

Cons

Want to be promoted? All you have to do is harass, demean, and suck up to the right person... Complain to HR... does absolutely nothing. So called HR does nothing when a complaint about sexism or racially biases is reported. Complain about favoritism... absolutely nothing happens even when you complain to corporate. The incompetent is promoted. Most forward thinking companies implement an all level review system so managers can be reviewed by those that work under them and not their friends that will look out for them and tell half truths.
