Pros

Learning a lot about media planning and media buying, but only if the management give you the chance. New tools, new softwares. Introducng to new kind of work environment, many new clients, new connections with media and advertisers. Very interesting and inspiring.

Cons

Nepotism. Low percentage of educated people. Chances are not the same for everyone, only for "the chosen ones", regarding to who is who's friend or relative not regarding at all to someone's education, facilities, experience and knowledge.

Pros

You are working at a company that has grown tremendously and acquired so many networks so that the connections you make will offer you so many opportunities in the entertainment industry. It is like a big family here, even though there are so many employees, every single one is valued. Even the smallest employee contributes to the bigger picture and is a vital asset to the team.

Cons

NBCUniversal is becoming a bit more corporate as their primary agenda is to see the ratings improve and the box office generate revenue. Some of the more "quality" entertainment is being put on the back burner so that more attention can be devoted towards shows and films that appeal to the masses. The business aspect often seems to overshadow the creative.
