Pros

Once you get your e-mail address set up, and all credentials are checked up, the world explodes in front of you. And it comes from your screen: names, projects, films, tv... every aspect of the entertainment business is at your hand. The people you have access to and the projects you get involve or eventually develop, would definitely change your life and the way you see the world.

Cons

The size. There is a massive amount of people that can make this employment the best or worst experience o your life.
