Pros

The campus remodel looks good

Cons

The company culture has gradually gotten worse. They were already on the lower end of the pay compared to other companies in the industry but have now started to mandate more in-office days with very limited flexibility. They are also reducing overall headcount post versant while requiring more productivity from all employees which has led to regular late hours. This combined with the lower pay and reduced flexibility has made it difficult to recommend this company.

Pros

There is a strong emphasis on work-life balance and flexible scheduling. Management genuinely listens to feedback and provides clear paths for career advancement. Cons: * Some internal processes can be a bit slow due to the company's size. Communication between different departments could be streamlined. Advice to Management: Keep investing in employee development programs and continue the transparent communication from the top down.

Cons

Frequent changes in strategy can make it hard to focus on long-term projects. Middle management can be hit-or-miss depending on the team. Advice to Management: Focus on stabilizing the long-term roadmap so employees don't feel like priorities are shifting every week.
