Pros

Got to work on the most incredible projects that I'm the most proud of. Each day I was excited to work and I loved (most) of my team.

Cons

My job moved to NYC and although I would have loved to continue working there, they offered me a salary less than I currently made, and wouldn't really help me move. So it was either keeping my job but getting paid less in a more expensive city, or trying to find a new job. I decided I need to afford to live in the city I would be residing in so I had to find a new job.

Pros

Excellent work-life balance. A pleasant and engaging work environment with intelligent colleagues and even TV personalities. The office is a modern, state-of-the-art building with an open seating arrangement. The cafeteria and lunch area are top-notch. The workplace culture is warm and friendly.

Cons

Compensation is not competitive, and performance-based raises are minimal. The large team structure creates significant competition for promotions, which, despite the effort, come with only modest salary increases.
