Pros

Very smart people in the tech department and across the company, can definitely learn a lot. Engineering culture is slowly growing. Very nice perks in office, good pay, Great culture, WLB is good too

Cons

Corporate Bureaucracy at its finest, leadership sometimes can be running around with their heads cut off, and switch priorities without communicating with engineering squads. Very hard to move up as well and move outside of your role. Also not very diverse sadly

Pros

Good pay, benefits and extra perks

Cons

Utterly inflexible regarding remote work. Despite our department proving ourselves perfectly capable WFH for 2+ years (our numbers even went up!), once the company declared the COVID crisis over, they demanded that all employees return to the office. Anyone who resisted (even with medical issues that would make returning to the office quite dangerous), they wouldn't even entertain the idea.

Pros

Some incredibly talented employees, impressive household company name, good benefits

Cons

Overall, the culture I encountered was toxic. Poor management and HR looking in the other direction when numerous employees voice the same/similar complaints. Management seems focused only on self-promotion and does not seem to care about employee growth/development. That, and the compensation is low. Overall a good company to cut your teeth at due to the name but would not suggest staying here long term.
