Their bottom line is the top priority. They don't treat their people well. They use ancient software and won't change. Their HR department is slower than the DMV and they are not helpful. My email conversations with HR always consist of me asking the same question multiple times because they didn't completely answer me. Very frustrating people to work with. Benefits are not good. High premiums, very little parental leave, 401K matching is not good.

Where to start, the bank’s Operating System is severely outdated and needs better streamlining, especially on the teller side. One on ones with this branches manager were always unpleasant and somehow made you feel like you were at fault for literally anything. Poor execution of opening and closing procedures, (the vault wasn’t locked on two separate occasions), signed bands of cash in the vault were missing funds, a general lack of leadership and experience. Only one full relationship banker, 2 full time tellers with a part time teller work here. There is a reason this company has a high overturn rate, do yourself a favor and work somewhere else.
