I was given a lot of latitude to grow and develop my skills and proficiencies in areas of interest.

The time I was there it was undergoing a lot of change and experiencing typical growing pains.

They aren't going to fail, their bottom line is good.

Cons

Their bottom line is the top priority. They don't treat their people well. They use ancient software and won't change. Their HR department is slower than the DMV and they are not helpful. My email conversations with HR always consist of me asking the same question multiple times because they didn't completely answer me. Very frustrating people to work with. Benefits are not good. High premiums, very little parental leave, 401K matching is not good.
