Decent health care benefits and generous PTO policies.

Cons

This company needs a shake up in executive management. They ask for associate opinions in surveys, yet do not really take any of the advice seriously. Associates are not valued, the pay is not competitive (unless you are in executive management), and there is a serious lack of communication company wide.
