      Pros

      A solid job that pays the bills. I learned an incredible amount in a relatively short span of time. A decent amount of focus goes towards collaboration. I was never afraid to make a mistake here because management chalked it up to learning on the job. If you’re diligent and have good work ethic you’ll thrive at NBH Bank.

      Cons

      It’s a tough job. Don’t expect it to be easy.

      Pros

      If you need help you can get it. They did a great job this past year handling COVID-19. I was recently told how this company was in the past. That doesn’t really interest me. I’m only interested in the here and now. They’re employee centric. Customer centric. Focused on professional development. So on and so forth.

      Let past mistakes stay in the past and move forward towards a brighter future.

      Pros

      Autonomy to work freely within your role. No over the shoulder clock watchers to babysit you. You’re treated like the professional they hired. I’ve progressed in my role very quickly. Best part is you’re not growing alone. You have peers all around you you’re growing with, not competing against. Very strong team atmosphere. 10 out of 10. Would work here again.

      Cons

      My manager wasn’t the best communicator.
