      Pros

      I’d give 3.5 stars for the overall rating if halves were an option. CHANGE is the key word for this fast-growing company. Pros: -Most employees are intelligent and pleasant. -Different departments within the bank generally get along and work well together. -Flexible schedule available. -Good work/life balance. -If you show initiative, it will likely be noticed and rewarded. -Steady improvement is strived for and can be seen in processes across the bank. -Culture allows for the ability to make changes quickly. -Growing company allows for new opportunities.

      Cons

      -High turnover, although this is typical of most banks. -Can’t carry over any vacation to the next year. -401k match is only paid annually. -Company feels “penny-pinching” at times. -Certain departments are staffed far too lean to be effective/efficient and it doesn’t change (more hires) until max pain is felt by clients and multiple groups that rely on said departments.
