      Pros

      As a current employee I have never felt more welcomed by a company. People are genuinely friendly even outside of my department. I can't thank my team enough for all the time spent training!

      Cons

      I think the company could work more on awareness. When I was getting ready to apply and later prepping for my interview, it was a tad hard to dig up information about the company. Now that I am employed here I understand that NBH Bank is a fairly new company who has acquired several banks such as Bank Midwest.
