      Leadership is accessible and involved. The company is focused on growth and constant improvement. There is a true willingness and drive to be a world-class organization. Relatively casual work environment for the industry. Great work/life balance.

      The company culture is divided into several markets and locations, but this is the case with most banks. There is a constant effort to keep bringing everyone together.

      The CEO supports my division’s work and we are achieving significant year-over-year growth. SBA Manager is excellent and my colleagues on my team are top-notch. I have grown professionally and enjoy the mentorship I have received. It is a business casual environment where we can collaborate and be productive simultaneously. Health insurance and benefits are fabulous.
