      Having been onboarded remotely during the pandemic the transition into a new firm has actually been one of the best I’ve ever had! everyone has been so welcoming and helpful! All teams I’ve interacted with have been great, helpful and positive. Management are great, people and team focused individuals. This seems apparent not just in my team but from the top down. An active Inclusion and diversity arm to The business with its own steering groups for various groups. A keenness to hear YOUR input from all levels Very approachable management

      The current reporting accessibility. However, this is to change with new internal systems that are in the pipeline to deploy very soon
