      Very flexible hours and people are generally nice

      Not enough pay. Basically what everyone else has pointed out. Also no diversity.

      Good exposure, not a place to call home

      Pros

      A lot of exposure a wide variety of companies and projects.

      Cons

      Managers fail to manage workloads constantly leading to consultants being horrifically overbooked or struggling to find work. Promotions and raises were promised on multiple occasions only to be withheld to due poor financial performance in the European offices.
