      Toxic culture

      Pros

      Great team of security consultants. Really some of the best in the field.

      Cons

      -Zero direction,support,career advise or growth plan from the management. -They expect you to be the best in the industry for the little money that they pay you. Doesn't matter your strengths or weaknesses or past experience. -Managers play the blame game instead of being mentors. They are not really people managers but consultants who evolved into managers. -There's no team culture in the company , everyone's for themselves.

      Mixed Bag

      Pros

      The rewards are there to be taken but they don't come easy. Flexible working culture that is diversifying as the business transitions to a more corporate outlook. Nice offices and some great hard-working and knowledgeable people around.

      Cons

      Insistent ambition to evolve the business quickly comes at the cost of the staff's health and wellbeing with quality being heavily compromised in favour of speed where internal improvement projects are concerned. Perception trumps reality and it seems a shame to not be making the most of the investment and opportunity the company is receiving. For every excellent colleague you will also find an equally ornamental one although less experienced management often seem to struggle telling the difference. To truly progress, you will need to sweat a little blood.

In regards to your cons around the pace of the evolving business, delivery of projects and employee wellness, it's hard to comment on these without more information but employee well-being is very important to us, we'd always recommend speaking to your line manager in the first instance but our HR Team are always on hand to help should you need them or want to reach out to them too.
