Pros
It's a shame that disgruntled former employees leave scathing reviews that are clearly more emotional than realistic. NCC is a great company with tons of opportunity for growth! The Atlanta office in particular is growing at exponential rates, leaving room for those of us here to move up the corporate ladder. And from time to time, we hire someone who can not put their head down and focus on themselves, but rather involves themselves in everyone else's drama as if they are some vigilante crusader for all that is wrong in the world. A few things to highlight: - 401K match up to 3% -Incredible health coverage with LOW monthly premiums!!! -Employee Stock options -VERY generous vacation/sick policy -Opportunity for growth If you come here to work, and you work hard, it will pay dividends. It's hard work, no doubt. But if it were easy, everyone would be doing it and it wouldn't feel rewarding.
Cons
I agree with the recent bad review that all managers at all levels in their careers need continued training, AS DO ALL EMPLOYEES. I would encourage NCC to provide that training for all employees looking to get a leg up on improving their communication skills, increasing productivity, and developing their craft. (That said, if you ask for outside training you will generally get it. Most employees don't ask though.)
