The old debt problem is probably NCC’s biggest embarrassment. Credit control let bad debt roll on so they can get paid more when it comes in. Account Managers are supposed to bring in business, but at NCC they’re more life glorified debt collectors. Management teams make no difference to the sales performance. It is surprising they’re in their positions. The wider departments do everything the can do prevent revenue coming in.
