      I’ve been with NCC Group for 7 years, and my experience has been very rewarding. During my time here, I've had the opportunity to continuously learn new skills and advance my career. I’ve been promoted three times and have transitioned through four different roles, which speaks volumes about the growth potential within the company. The headquarters office in Manchester is fantastic, and the flexible working options add to the overall positive work environment. If you're looking for a place that values career development and offers a dynamic work experience, NCC Group is an excellent choice.

      From my first day, NCC Group made me feel like part of the team. The culture is genuinely supportive and inclusive. Areas of the company are undergoing significant change and growth which makes you feel as if you are part of something genuinely dynamic and evolving. The office environments are modern, well-designed and comfortable, and NCC Group understands the importance of work-life balance meaning you can work from home most of the time (role specific of course).

      Cons

      You need to be able to stay organised, adaptable and resilient to navigate transitions but in turn this leads to opportunities within the business.
