2yThank you for your feedback. As you stated, we’re currently going through a period in our cycle of business review that aims to identify ways to improve the efficiency of our systems and processes as well as looking to adapt our ways of working to meet ever changing market needs.
We fully appreciate that this can be a challenging and unsettling time for colleagues and, we always try to be understanding of how this can impact some people’s behaviours. It takes a lot of our time to deal with change processes in a sensitive way.
