      Pros

      I have not worked in a company as good as this one. The company actually cares about their employees and members. Always giving out bonuses, incentives, and giving feedback to improve yourself and be the best at your job. They're understanding to any situation and are great in asking what they can do to improve our work environment!

      Pros

      The work environment is Great, Management is wonderful and NCD provides adequate training for you to accomplish your goals to assist our members. If you still struggle, all you have to do is ask and they will get the training that you need to succeed. They don't let you fail like other places I have worked for.

      Cons

      I don't see any cons with NCD, if you're willing and able to follow the work description that's all they ask for.

      Pros

      Stepping out of the military into a civilian job was terrifying. This company has made the transition better than I could imagine. Senior leaders will go to bat for any employee, regardless of their job title. The team environment and team mindset is unmatched from any other position I’ve been in. You are surrounded by co workers that want the best for you and for your family. A CEO that is open of the companies values and cares for each employee. Mainly remote work with travel. This company wants you to succeed!
