      This company really does go above and beyond at treating its employees as people and family and not just a end to a means. The promotion opportunity's are always present as long as you are willing to work for them. This company is excellent at recognizing talent and putting you in a spot where you can shine.

      Flexible Scheduling Remote Work Fantastic Culture/Welcoming Environment Transparency Clear Communication Engaged Management Team Focused on Identifying Your Strengths and Utilizing Them Collaborative Environment Teamwork

      The benefits of working in an office (i.e. social interaction). I understand this conflicts with some of the pros I outlined above, but like all things in life, there are certain negatives that can be apart of a net positive experience .

      Pros

      Every department is filled with the kindest and most understanding people anyone could want to work with. Always ready to help, and they genuinely care about their staff.

      Cons

      The company offers covered Tealadoc services, which is amazing, I just wish their chosen service plan included mental health services so medicine and therapy are easier to obtain for people who cannot afford them, even with insurance.
