Nothing is without its flaws. The real indicator is how you address it. The team is consistently iterating to improve on flaws in a healthy manner. Everyone is kind, understanding, professional, and realistic about their expectations and goals. Could not think of a better place to be.
Cons
Communication, preparation, and scoping. Like mentioned, this is a constant cycle of improvement. The market also warrants rapid development and goals. If you can roll with the punches, understand that these things happen - the team will ensure that this isn’t only your responsibility. Everyone is always fighting the same battles and will make sure you’re supported. I don’t see this as much of a con, rather some stressful aspects.
