I cannot express how grateful I am to have the opportunity to work with NCD!! Other companies I have worked for have always said that they care about their employees but I am sorry throwing a Pizza party doesn't always justify the hard work people do for these companies, but let me tell you, NOT here at NCD!!! Sam (the CEO) actually takes the time out of his super busy schedule to make sure he sets time just for YOU to thank you for all your hard work!! Pizza party?!?! Forget about it, NCD knows that the world we live in is way to costly, So here we get compensated the RIGHT way by getting the raise you deserve for your hard work!! Ohhh but it doesn't end there, we also get MONTHLY bonus!!! I seriously can go on and on and on about how great NCD is!!
