      Pros

      They are a wonderful company! I worked with the ops department and they are such great people. I had a baby and was lucky enough to be a stay at home mom. I would still be working with the company if things where different. From the CEO to HR and everyone in between has such a great attitude. They really do have a great work life balance and are willing to work with you to help you be successful.

      Cons

      The pay was low but you can only expect so much from a company. Im sure if i would have stayed longer the pay would have caught up.

      Pros

      Coming from an extensive military background and moving into a corporate setting, my biggest fear was missing out on the camaraderie and culture. NCD and every department/employee throughout has made me feel at home. The culture is something far greater and healthier than anything I have seen at ANY company or organization. If it is discussing personal issues, driving ideas to help the team improve, working with marketing to streamline processes, or really anything else; everyone in management is understanding and open to thoughts. There is an abundant amount of growth in the future for our company, and I would advise getting on board to being a part of something great with us!
