      Great culture . Lots of training and refreshers. Great incentives. and monthly bonuses. Great flexible health and dental benefits and more. Friendly people. Andie and Andre in HR could not be more helpful. Received equipment quickly and they were very helpful is getting me my dental Id card

      Agents who sell the insurance are not part of NCD and can be pushy and may not provide customers with important details of the plans we offer..

      - Will invest in employees through continued education. This can even be something not related to your current position. The CEO pushes each and every person to continue to grow and backs it up with benefits like this. - Company environment is fun and fast paced. - Work from home is ALLOWED! After Covid, having the option of continuing to work from home has been fantastic.
