      Pros

      I absolutely love working here. The people are so uplifting and encouraging. The training here is very adequate and even if it is something you already learned but forgot they will teach you again and are wonderful about it. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and the pay is nice as well. I have never had a work environment before where I didn't mind going to work. I cant say enough about how everyone is uplifting, willing to help you learn and even move up in the company. I highly recommend to work here if possible. Also we have a good time too.

      Cons

      The only con I have with working here is that I wish I started years ago.

      Pros

      NCD is all about ensuring that we're working together to drive for success. There are honest, direct conversations about performance, future, and business operations. We believe in relentless positivity and that "life is too short to work with jerks".

      Cons

      As we're in a high growth mode and there is new leadership at the organization, things are changing rapidly. It can feel a bit stressful for things to change so quickly, but it's exciting at the same time.
