work from home part time / full time positions growing company company cares not only about its members, but employees as well quick response my leadership and tech dept PTO accrual equipment provided personal communication with team leads

since the company is growing, there are many changes that have happened within a short time period as to policies and procedures no retention team point system

I've been with NCD for 3 1/2 years and I love it here! Everyone has been friendly and always create a great work environment. They look to make an enjoyable work environment and really care about their employees, as they believe in a WORK LIFE BALANCE. They also celebrate birthday's and anniversaries.
