      Pros

      I love the work pace, how employees are treated and also the pay definitely room to move up in this company. I've moved up to a better position not even being with the company a full year. Its also WFH

      Cons

      None really great staff. I would just say they could consider a work 4days and off 3 days schedule.

      -Processes change very often, and may be difficult for some people to keep up with; however, that is typical of a quickly growing and developing business -Screens are recorded, which may be stressful and anxiety provoking for some
