Pros

The folks who work alongside you are so genuine and kind. Everyone truly wants you to succeed and thrive! I have the best manager I could ask for, the PTO is amazing and quickly accrues, and getting to help agents feels purposeful and engaging.

Cons

The health insurance could be better, but it's manageable enough.
