Pros

Working with the wonderful former successful athletes and professionals who were also "baited" into a position marketed at 200K.

Cons

The "Recruiting Specialist" position was posted as a 200K remote sales position. At 6 months in, you realize it is an $11.00 per hour position with poor management and commission pay out. Shame on you IMG for the losses you give high level professionals who get "baited" and "switched" only to find that this is an entry level sales position paying less than minimum wage.

Pros

Working for a sports organization since it can be hard to get your foot in the door in the industry

Cons

Company culture is awful. You are calling from basically 8 to 6 every day. Your only break is a 30 minute lunch. They even tell you if you take an extra 30 mins mid day, you’re required to stay a half hour later after 6. During training, there were activities done throughout the day that didn’t need to take as long as they did. Then they assigned homework, which was usually a 30 minute to one hour video and quiz. How this wasn’t already built into the working hours of the day is beyond me. They do not respect your time at all. It truly baffles me how low the pay is for the amount of work you do and how your lunch isn’t paid.
