      - great employees that are willing to work hard for the company - okay compensation and benefits

      Cons

      - poor senior management that does not respect employees - difficult work environment and unfair layoffs - few opportunities for advancement

      Pros

      Recently a lot of effort has been given to employee culture and employee satisfaction, however this can change on a dime. Some fun events over the last few months. If you are doing well you are left alone. Certainly favoritism. If you are lucky you are a favorite and given more of a benefit of the doubt.

      Cons

      Limited management structure. Kind of a free for all. Things are changing too much. Business Consultant has outdated style and owners give him free reign. Not much training.

      Pros

      Flexibility in the work place Most of the people you work with are nice Good work/life balance

      Cons

      Upper management does not know how to run a company. They have very little business experience and rather than take the time to ask questions and learn, they continue to make mistakes without learning from those mistakes. Poor benefits - very little vacation time, health care is much too expensive, no matching 401k Poor communication - upper management does not share information with the employees. No one is made aware of the vision of the company No HR department. How can you be an HR company without having an HR dept of your own?
