Pros
Great market, great hardware product, nice work life balance, good people. The team is growing fast and the quality of engineers is good!
Cons
Office space needs improvement. A bit far from HQ. Since the team is growing fast things can be a bit hectic. Also, software processes and tools are in the process of being overhauled and greatly modernized, but the transition is currently happening.
