Pros

Good benefits, great CEO, Family atmosphere for large company, good work/life balance, all the sales tools you could want

Cons

Managers/Directors/VPs have been there forever and not likely to move. Makes upward mobility difficult. Constantly changing direction on product innovation and direction. Slowly losing market cap in some areas.
