Pros

Senior management truly cares for the employees, they are treated with respect and are compensated well.

Cons

Director level employees are stuck in their old ways and push back on nearly everything. Asking for anything has felt like a huge burden on them. If you come from an acquisition, you're in for a ride.

Pros

Competitive Salary. Sizeable in its niche industry Still some very hardworking people in the lower ranks.

Cons

Terrible management, unfair ,conspiring and all in the inner circle seem to be working for 30+ years old in this company . Organization structure is built for "Friends" rather than skills. Definite undertone of racism everywhere, sometimes in your face.
