Pros

They claim that they never lay off. The benefits are good and provide many different kinds of benefits.

Cons

We were in NFW that was acquired by Netscout. From beginning even though they claimed no layoff will happen they started limiting us in every aspect. Many people left from our group since then and our office is half empty that they decided to cancel rent for the other half.

Pros

- not a single layoff in 5 years; - stable business; - if you're not interested in new stuff, things remain the same for a very long time;

Cons

- nothing changes; - great skilled people left and no repos (to avoid layoffs?); - very conservative mentality - market/competitors is outpacing their business fast; - nobody seems to care;
