Pros

Good location Coworkers were awesome Health insurance and 401k plans were good

Cons

Work perks - no fun allowed Salary Office felt like a prison (white brick walls, polished concrete floor, exposed cieling) You aren't trusted, even if it's your field of expertise. "Upper management" can change anything they want at anytime, even if the whole game team doesn't agree. There is no fighting back. You do as you're told, no room for creativity or mold breaking. Stay far away if you don't want your passion and love for games to die.

Pros

From a technology standpoint this is a very progressive company. The fact that Nexon is early adopter of industry trends greatly helps grow skills. It is also very diverse, your hard work will take you far regardless of how you look or sound.

Cons

Salaries and bonuses haven't been up to industry levels. However this year , the bonus structure has been changed and has potential to work out well for the employees.
