Pros

- The people are great. - Food trucks were awesome, too.

Cons

- Nexon has an internal issue of dealing with multiple long-standing games with no room for innovation. They feel they cannot take these games to the next level because of how old they are, living limited potential and growth for all involved. This also leads the team to hiring junior folks to supposedly senior roles. Which makes absolutely zero sense from a business standpoint.
